‘Glenn’ Mango Tree Professionally Grafted

The Glenn Mango tree was developed in South Florida by Lawrence Zill in the early 1940’s. It is a hybrid mango variety derived from the Haden mango, another well-known mango cultivar.

The fruits of the Glenn Mango tree are typically medium to large in size, with an oval or oblong shape. They have bright yellow skin with occasional red blushes and a smooth texture. The flesh is juicy, aromatic, and fiberless, with a rich, sweet flavor profile that is often described as both tangy and tropical.

This mango variety is self-pollinating, ensuring fruit production without the need for additional pollinators. Simply position it near a sun-soaked, south facing window and witness its vigorous growth firthand. It typically bears fruit from late spring to early summer, depending on the climate and growing conditions. The fruits are usually ready to harvest when they develop a yellow color and yield slightly to gentle pressure. Requires ample sunlight and well-drained soil.

With its stunning foliage and unparalleled flavor, the Glenn Mango stands out from the rest. This prolific producer thrives whether planted in containers or directly in the ground, making it a top choice for any mango enthusiast!
